RE:Plan XIt doesn't occur to you that it's possible that the same people you are talking about may have had "the plan" in place more than a year ago and it's only 97% done? I believe that this is all by design. It would take a "special kind of effort" to for all parties involved to fail this miserably. It's not a scam. It's the everyday FDA and big pharma.
