This float is VERY tight...I find the "CONTROL"....fascinating...it goes nicely with the "program" installed here on the bullboard over a decade ago.
I've seen this share price moved around like a 12' Coleman tent trailer.
I've seen it moved for a variety of reasons and have even been "tipped off" in the past.
The 76% move to 9 cents was as "coincidental" as the blood all over the white tuxedo of Ray Lewis.
I say watch the "Wonderful World of Canadian Bio-tech"...for Americans it is the penny stock playland equivalent to a weekend in the Hamptons.
