the guy from TST clearly stated in the last press release that he was looking into a buying opportunity.
now, let s say TST buys a small Us biotech (like Heat Biologics, they are presently trying their stuff on bcg naive patient. They are running out of money and they have a market cap of 8MiL). So this way we could get a easy listing on Nasdaq trought a merger.
isnt it a probable scenario? Wouldnt it increase our value by exposing us to US market?
