Why would it be "toast" at 9 cents, but not 10? come on that's silly. That's like saying a $10 stock is "toast" if it's up or down a dollar.
Just to be clear, I'm not necessarily saying this isn't toast. I'm just saying that it's a ridiculous idea just because it went from 10 cents to 9. lol.
