ok the fact is that this company has advanced the product. This will look good on any companies portfolio (bigger pharma) that its one step away ( even 5 yrs ). long story short this company was just stopped form going it on their own. the stock price from here if the deal gets done or is announced in the next couple of months could only be up from here. Potential much higher depending on the partners resources. This is in my opinion is what is being analysed by the ( American company ) right now.
