RE:Telesta can be bought immediately, not in 2 year or 5 yearsbullcycle wrote: Speculators boosted TST share price to $1 before FDA's November 18 vote, they were extremely confident that MCNA would be approved and if it did, Telesta would be a billion dollar company because of the huge market in U.S. with nearly 500 million cancer patients. The management never planned of selling the company but will grow it to a pharmaceutical giant. Now with the U.S. market lost, the management has no choice but to choose a different strategy, likely selling it to Ipsen.
Canbex Pharmaceutical has just started entering its Phase 2 trial and expects its drug to be available this year, which means it will be bought by Ipsen later this year even its drug VSN16R has not yet been or will not be approved by U.S. FDA. But Telesta has already completed its Phase 2 trial, so it can be bought immediately by Ipsen if the management offers Ipsen such a buyout option rather than partnership in the October 28 Agreement. If Canbex Pharmaceutical worths C$141 million, so does Telesta.

Canbex reaely has nothing to do with Telesta, and I understand you are just using Canbex for comparison reasons. That's fine I suppose. but they are two different companies with two different drugs, and two different circumstances in my opinion. It's like comparing apples and oranges.
