Why Telesta and Theralase will MERGE - IMHO...
First of all, I believe TLT has the "goods"..
However, here are the things they need to produce a result;
* $$$$$ - Telesta has 40M
* a manufacturing facility - Telesta has a "shiny new one"
* Senior US official to "handle FDA"
I won't mention the fact that Ladenburg Thalmann ( NY based investor ) put minor dough in TLT and over 40M into TST and NEVER had a chance to "play with their chips" Dr. Frost et al are FAR TOO smart to toss 40M CAD into a stiff breeze.
The constant "chatter" here from the same people that have "trolled" Bioniche/Telesta for over a decade is NO coincidence...something is "afoot" ( TM Beech Boys )
