RE:RE:The Real Question to be Answered for TodayBirdie22: if there are no provisions in this agreement to allow for TST to accept competing offers - the deal is the deal and we will have to vote - need to find out if this is the ONLY deal TST can work with now under the items of the agreemeent - someone have info?
