while management gets ........rewarded for poor to negligent performance, and walks away with their severance and overly generous pay packages, shareholders are of no concern to them, and they are selling the company for less than $0.50 on the dollar.
so much for fiduciary duty and increasing shareholder value.
the only positive coming out of this is management decided not to buy another company and run it into the ground with shareholder money.
