Agreement

I think we all are saying and seeing the same thing.  If BNC was valued accurately by asset we would not be where we are. There would be no GW attention and shareholder unrest.  How do you value a VMC that has not been validated and [ I believe] is inseparable from the BNC facility in Belleville.  Also is the product it is designed to manufacture even a starter financially.Urocidin was flogged on the open market and every pharma had a chance to evaluate.  We ended up with Endo.  Good deal????Was it shelved???Was it failing???Why change protocol????Value now after a pos. phase 3??? Where are the deals???  New products for animal health ..Where were the huge increases in revenue.  I truly believe that eventually value will be found in all these products,  its just that we will not be the beneficiary.  BNC is running out of time and money.  Instead of focusing on product , they are spending their time efforts and little remaining cash  defending their positions from ourselves,[if you consider yourself alligned with the GW group.]  As a note I have not sided with them but appreciate the interest and value that they have induced.    We all saw value and huge potential but I believe most have been bitterly disappointed.  From my position a main cause has been a non focused management.  While it remains I expect it to do whatever it takes to retain position. That will be expensive litigation. I eagerly await the announcements of the deals  made on our behalf and the saving of the company yet again. Really I'm  hoping for a buyout and the possibility of a bidding war..The fact that the market values us so low must make us a positive potential takeout to someone ..With McRae and 80cents  , I say deal done......Dusty

BNC should be an obligatory case study for all commerce and MBA curricula, on how to take a great and profitable business and bludgen it into oblivion. Selling off parts you say? Trust ol' grizzly with it you say? History doesn't bode well. Here is a reminder, back in 2006 Ol' Grizzly sold of the Injectables Division to a private equity types for a paltry sum of $25 mil, which the ...more
