Prepare for the AGM, ensure that they have the necessary support and indirectly disrupt an Animal Health sale in doing so. With the courts indicating that since there is not going to be a prohibitive cancellation clause, and therefore no need for an early meeting, it will be interesting to see who, if anybody, steps forward with an offer that could and probably will be shot down.

Artey...Perhaps Bioniche held off on any AH offers until after the court date, so that the little details of which, such as break fees, would not be submitted to the judge. If there was an offer, with a 10 mil break fee on the table, the judge may have looked at things a little differently, as waiting to vote on that until November would almost ensure a McRae victory, and be prejudicial to
