How do you know that key management and/or G&W won't take Bioniche private?  It is always an option considering there is no commercial value to any of the pipeline with the exception of the VMC plant which is evidently a stainless steel white elephant.  That is to say, the potential value is there, and smart people could exploit it, but why take the shareholders along for the
