Endo Has Tripled In Sp Since They Did a Number on Bioniche

The big boys play hard ball and guess who lost the game? Who's next up to bat?

And where has Telesta's sp gone................😴

It is interesting to watch the Valeant & Salix dance and apparently Endo is there too.    I have long time had the opinion that the Big Guys would rather pay a Billion for a proven product than 50 mil. for a spec product.....   10 Billion offer and well let's up that by 11%.... what's a Billion more?    For us Telesta holders this bodes very well ...more

As you have stated a few times before ExpireSoon, it doesn't make any sense for a major pharma to buy out TST now and absorb all the risk when they can wait until MCNA is approved. The typical tranaction happens after approval so I am with you. Why don't we focus on supporting TST management through the approval process and stop muddying up the water with all these stupid talks about ...more

Hey, I'm not the one that was expecting a partnership announcement from Paris.   Things are progressing and will continue to move along.   While yes whatever deal is arranged will happen after approval, there definately will be prior arrangements probably contingent on approval.    We will also see increased volume and share price appreciation leading up to ...more

Expire, I realize that announcing a partnership at a partnership conference seems pretty far out to you but I do agree that you were right, there is no partnership. Hopefully they announce their intentions soon. management owes shareholders the opportunity to sell their positions in the event that they choose to go it alone. Would be nice if they did it before the next round of financing.

cheetio you are full of processed food in your case it's processed dog food  if a financing is done it will be at much better terms than the last one AND because they know the value of the company after it gets fda approval if someone tries to screw management with ANOTHER bad financing they will opt out to sign the bottom line on one of the deals they have in front of them once we get ...more

C I am in the we're burning cash camp. just try to be less cryptic. Like the broken record I repeat, if you believe were undervalued buy more shares and when the share price doesn't go up buy more or be prepared to suck it up butter cup. HT
Comment by DamnYankees on Mar 13, 2015 10:52pm
110% agreed HT. Nearly out of cash and the market wagering that all partnership and buyer offers are very weak and will be refused in place of a financing. maximum effort is now on Increasing Shareholder Value (share price!) but so far there are no takers. Declining interest and declining volume. We need that placement to add some stability to this declining cash situation. Not great but it will ...more
