Prospectus

Does this not mean the filing of the $50m shelf prospectus  can be used over the next 25 months as the company requires funds? This does not mean the company will use all of the prospectus right away but gives them the flexibility as they see fit, if needed. The company has said they have enough cash on hand until Q4 2015. By filing this, it takes away any major cash concerns over the remainder of the year and beyond. Depending on how much they decide to exercise, does this not give them a better position to deal with potential partners, buyouts or going it alone?
I think doing this prospectus it better than a full blown financing, this allows greater flexibility.
Hopefully the company does the right thing for shareholders and this prospectus gets the ball rolling to completion. We have endeared many things over the past years, hopefully we can get this to the finish line and everyone wins.
Does anyone know if the $1.25 Euro Pacific target included any future financing or was it based on current shares outstanding?

the Euro Pacific report used 240mm shares as a baseline. I wouldnt care if they printed 100mm shares at .30 if it meant they went to US hands and was contigent on getting a NASDAQ Listing. just shows you how big the US market is when seeking alpha put out a blurb and we do 10mm shares in 3 days. Imagine what JPMORGAN or CITIbank Coverage or Upgrade would do To our market cap. No matter how many ...more

Beech;  You know how many shares I own, and I'm still buying more. I've given in and even if Berendt isn't true to his word and DOES enrich his friends I intend to be there when it happens ! JMHO & GLTAL      ( but I'm still hoping your right )

I see the shelf prospectus as great move by TST leadership. Moves like this get noticed and as we are starting to see eveidence that Telesta is getting attention in a positive way it won't be long before the momentum starts to heat up. You have to look a way back to find analyst coverage and an upgrade, this means renewed analyst trust that will attract others. TST have been surgical in their ...more

I agree with you Frogger as per the nr they are in negotiations and this $ 50 million move is very strategic and lays out a completely open field for them they can choose to do whatever they want even go at it alone they just told everybody they are not scared of doing so that is why you see the $ 50M figure and 2 year timeframe the main problem is they believe bla approvel is almosr 100% while ...more

Higgs, I Am very impressed that they can raise cash at 10 cents on the dollar at this stage in the  FDA approval process. That is very shrewd. In this difficult market for biotech we should all be thankful, particularly with noose just thrown around the neck of the share price. I trust that there are additional  options availabale for the management as dillution milestones are achieved ...more

So Yank, are you out? If not, why are you staying in?
Comment by DamnYankees on Mar 22, 2015 7:21pm
Been  in and out a few times over the last several months Frogger.  I figure it's a $5-$7 stock but I'll be gone when it peaks at $1. Also hoping to scoop up some warrants in the next financing.  Any you Frogger?

Yank, you didn't answer why you're in? Since you seem to be negative on all or most management decisions I would have expected you to be gone. So you're out at $1.00, great! I'm in long so good luck to you.

Good luck to you as well Frogger! Sounds like you expect to do significantly better than me, yet I sincerely hope that your genuine unabashed faith in the free market rewards you in the end. Sincerely, DY
