Probably best that market depth is note avilable to most . Lets just say that there are 5 times as many shares lined up at the exits as there are the front doors. Dilution or FDA Delay. Could be a possible leak. Could also be the neighborhood financier keeping things in check for the next PP nutt squeeze.

( my guess ) because every time they do it , the price goes down for 4 - 6 months, which should wipe out the Sept/2015  wrt. holders  and like beech says enrich the new chosen few.
