Berentd should let the warrents expire out of the money.  Santa will take the bame.  We don't need the money or the dilution.  Besides, if Berendt really thinks we will get approval, then the warrents would be a giveaway.   If he thinks there is a possibility we won't,  then take the money, and start planning a dead certain phase 3.
