reverse stock split is a flashing red light and is normally a last ditch effort to try and prolong the life of a dying stock.

Did Paladin have a US listing. I don't think so. Its share price went to well on its way to $200.00. So fk the Nasdaq. It will clean us country pumpkins out out first before a takeover. So once again, fk the Nas.

Red.It....As many as 75% of all stocks wind up trading lower after a reverse split. Reverse stock splits are most common for companies in financial distress........Not permitted in some countries.

red it......A stock isnt trading under a dollar unless it is pretty close to bankruptcy or it has some other serious troubles, says Charles Jones, who teaches finance at Columbia Business School. And that is not changed by a reverse split.

re: Stocks under a buck have serious problems. True 90% of the time Cheetio. On the other hand, they can be big winners, 1% of the time. Are we the 1 % er. My highest purchase price was over a buck several years ago. My lowest price was .16. Am I worried? Yes, I'm crapping my pants.
