where and when was this article from? paraphrasing " safe effective alternative for those who are not candidates/refuse cystectomy". If they were limiting  the indication of BLA app to can't/ won't have cystectomy, that is essentially the closing line I would expect in the NR. I'll assume it's an old release as company has said nothing publicly since Adcomm

Well, you can get the article for free (shared by Dr. Morales)....that's the point. Normally it's payware ($30 or so).

Thanks, Interesting how doctors specifically working in this field (Urology) came to these conclusions but the Adcomm panel could not. Kinda makes you wonder why they were there. Sound like a "no" is the default answer when you are not really sure how to vote. The Telesta team got caught flat-footed and failed to convince the panel. I still believe they thought this was a slam-dunk ...more
