I didn't see anything in there that indicated that there were any options moving forward beyond a straight yes or no from the FDA. All the chatter about a limited indication approval for MCNA or approvals with a concurrent trial requirement  must be just that, increasingly idle chatter. The good news is that they have cash for all the severances they will owe if it is a No vote. I think ...more

I think this has a great chance of approval.There are many who want this to go forward and it would seem the FDA is still considering the merits of this therapy.I only see one direction for this stock going forward from here and that is UP on speculation of FDA approval.The selling pressure should be over for now as any who wanted out before the final decision should now be out.New money will flow ...more

I don't think the question of a "narrower indication" would ever be discussed or even asked by the sponsor (after a no vote at the adcomm). TST is and will only go after their "plan A" indication. But at the end of their review, the FDA still can decide to give a yes for a limited indication. And after reading their briefing document from the adcom meeting, I believe this ...more

If it was up to us we would be promoting the eventual use of MCNA  for all cancers, but one tiny step and maybe just maybe "one giant step for mankind" by the FDA before February 27. HT
