I would bet that marijuana is legal again in Canada within the year.    I've already sent numerous emails to Health Canada over the years, telling their leaders how effffing stupid they were for not legalizing it a long time ago.   How many BILLIONS of dollars would we have netted in tax?   Our roads would actually be decent, and not embarrassing, to drive on.
