The FDA is low-functioning.  If they were a person, we would refer to them as "learning disabled".   The collection of them is known as a "complete and utter disaster of an agency".   They approve things that kill people, and don't approve things that save people's lives.    They may be educated, but they are certainly corrupt

I'm still waiting on a valid explanation on how they appear to be so content killing people.    They don't even care, likely because somebody has greased them, and they themselves don't have NMIBC.   yet.

When people like these sit at the top, it's no mystery as to why Healthcare still sucks in 2016.   "Modern medicine" should be a lot more modern.   This system is still ancient for no reason...

The protocol that they have in place is a guarantee that they will fail the rest of humanity over and over and over again.    These people, man.    When they got their diploma, it should have said "for educational purposes only.   This certificate does not indicate they are a genius, or capable of figuring anything else out but what was in the textbook.

What kind of human being would want to sell their stock (that they thought was a good idea to hold long, at one time), for 9 CENTS a share?   Why didn't you sell at 15.5?    14,13,12,11,10.....and every half cent in between?     You're a simpleton.   You should be buying more, and you sell.   Let's see.    1.3 million shares times 9 cents
