Yeah, not a very inspiring release. IMO left the impression that they were completely blindsided, despite all the cash burned on advisors and consultants to manage the message to the FDA the P3 decision came out of left field. And despite the overwhelming no vote at Adcomm. Hard to swallow, but I saw no concern in today's release for the share price so shareholders should not be concerned ...more

The issues of sample size (SS) was known to anyone that took math once upon a time and  the brain trust at the FDA definitely knew the size was an issue when they accepted the filing. therefore the need to find a replacement for  BCG appeared to over weigh the SS. The WTFDTCF was that all of a sudden it became  an issue to the FDA. The SS has been an issue since the days of ENDO. So ...more

That is my concern also HT. The next NR will be FDA related. We know how those end. Wouldn't it be novel to have an FDA interaction not result in disorienting failure? Maybe they need some new faces in front of the FDA. They have proven the law of insanity enough for my liking. Until then burn on!
