who can give me a reason
I went through this stock f/s last night. They have too much cash. If cash minus all liability, you know, what i found: net value is almost 30million. That means, if company is delisted now, each share has 0.1 value, no matter FDA meeting or other... Only cash can pay current price $0.09. labor cut, assets...not included. the dumping doesn't make sense. Who can give me an explanation?

There is no reason. To play with a 9 cent stock with this potential?? This is a no-brainer if one considers upside to risk.

what's the risk. The worst case is the company failed FDA requirement. But their drug not commercialized yet. i.e. If we have 30M to buy all share at current price on market, after all worst cases happen and liquidated company, we still 30M . How come?
