Even if this drug is completely shot down by the FDA Friday, can it not be sent through to be approved in Europe?  i know they run by the same guidelines as the FDA by IPN or whatever it is , but Ispen / France / 

All i keep hearing is how this management team is horrible ... So im kind of thinking they arent actively seeking that route these past few months, or even having a potential US partner that could carry out 2nd Stage 3 clinicals.  

hopefully they have because an FDA reversal is next to impossible and like others on this board have been saying, the FDA shot down this drug with a few nice words added, but the answer was pretty clear.

Dont get me wrong, im not a basher, im in heavily into this stock and would like nothing better than this stock to soar.  

Wishful thinking that the management has a positive news release coming to get some upward movement.

CCC, here is what I see as possible FDA grants a path to expedited conditional approval on some limited basis - 5% and stock opens at 18 cents FDA suggests an "actionable" P3 and company provides some direction on path forward - 30% and stock opens at 10 cents  FDA Suggests " non actionable P3"  with no direction from Telesta - 30% and stock opens at 5 cents FDA

Would the FDA suggest a meeting to further discuss the path forward if there were to be a 'non-actionable' p3 trial though?

Would the company mention the term "actionable " twice if it weren't a concern. they say nothing as it is but they seem to be fond of suggesting that any new trial would have to be deemed "actionable". Reading between the lines I see a strong possibility that a move forward won't be, as do about 200,000,000 shares who split town. Maybe the FDA is being professionally
