Seems like a short amount of time to have all finalized and a done deal on the table

not likely to announce a done deal on may 9th. likely though, as they mentioned in last NR, since the process is now being "expedited" after the type 3 meeting with FDA. they are going to release some options/proposals their board is considering, that may include a buyout proposal from a larger pharm company? however to finalize the deals , it may take months. that is the best
