TELESTA THERAPEUTICS INC > silence ...........

silence ...........

the silence form Telesta management and its board is indicitive there is no concrete plan for MCNA on their part, and no suitors ready to buy Telesta or its assets. as time continues to burn the cash on hand, the value of this company will continue to decline.

the inability of TST's stock price to reflect just its cash on hand (let alone its assets) indicates the market has no confidence in management, who is giving the impression they are content to continue collecting their salaries as long as possible, while offering their stockholders no path forward, and very little information.

with salaries and bonuses between now and our next AGM they'll burn 5-6 million. plus overhead costs. I wonder why some of our larger SH ( Ipsen, Boxer Capital and Omega funds )  don't step up and liquidate now ! before management wastes away what is left. even our HIGH PAID sales officer from Texas is still on the payroll  with nothing to sell.  go figure.  JMHO

I am sure they have to be good at online poker by now.  Maybe that will be the new business plan.  Might be true with all the info they have given us.

I'm not agree, I think they had to deal with 2-3 differents options... It's why take a time to give some news...!?? It's my opinion.

Telesta is in discussions with its existing development partners and is actively approaching other potential partners.  As these discussions are held under confidentiality agreements, Telesta will only be announcing developments on these fronts when they are finalized. That's why they haven't said anything because it's confidential until the deal is finalized.

And to add to this the developmental partners will be paying to keep manufacturing facilities operational. Half of the monthly burn
