minimum percentage vote to pass the deal in November??

volume die down significantly today from the 50+ mil yesterday, and unlike yesterday, the bidding won't budge on that 0.005 cents to 0.14

a wild guess, could the wild accumulation yesterday be PLI attempting to secure enough shares when the votimg time comes? 

without digging into these info, anyone knows what is the minimum percentage votes needed in the special shareholder meeting to pass the deal?

It will pass. I doubt there are many people that believe this mgmt team can do better than 14 cents.
