RE: I Voted Against the ConsolidationReverse split of 4 TO 1 will put the share price above $5 which is the minimum stock price for some mutual funds to buy in. This will increase the liquidity of the stock and allow more upward price movement. This will also facilitate US exchange listing.
Reverse Split is not necessarily bad thing. It can work for the benefit of the company and the shareholders.
