I call IR a few weeks back and asked about both Pastrak and Cruz shares sold. Pastrak sold some of her shares (she has plenty) to buy a new home and Dr.Cruz transfered the shares you see to his ex-wife as part of the divorce settlement. FYI...She wanted the shares and at that time she did not sell them. My guess would be still has them, who knows Tony better than his ex-wife, she is in the know.
There it is...nothing to get concerned about.
