BTW, I am not always critical of management. I own a small gold mining stock in Zimbabwe called Caledonia. They just finished doing a major expansion of their mine completely using profits from operations. They were very patient, and it took years to complete, but they did it with no dilution. That company has GREAT management. They work very hard to build long term value for stockholders.
