What About ELN?

What About ELN?
El Nino (ELN) could add, substantially, to Trevali"s coffers if taken out by them.  The recently 43-101 released by ELN shows a profitable resource.  It's probably all about being able to afford the price of a takeover by Trevali.  ELN's mine isn't that far away and would add substantially to Trevali"s assests.  Any thoughts?
