You should bear in mind one thing: many junior miners have CEOs with no great background and no real plan. Ricus Grimbeek has lots of years of experience in mining and was COO at Vale and CTO at South 32. So now just for a second imagine yourself being a well payed COO at a big company like Vale. Would you quit and be the CEO of a marginally producing junior zinc miner for just a few bucks more? Risking your career when zinc prices go in the wrong direction? You only get a qualified guy like him with a suitable risk premium. Only then. So lets not act like envious guys here but support management and get the company going. This will be the greatest deal for all of us in the end :)
