That is a great question. I contend that Caribou is worth less than zero. In fact, it is a company killing mine. When the price of zinc spikes, mining investors and small mining companies love Caribou. But by the time they ramp it up, the price of zinc always drops, and the mine always ends up unprofitable. The last company that Caribou killed was Blue Note. It came close to killing Trevali also.
The best option for Caribou would be to obliterate the mine with a small tactical nuke. The mine needs to be destroyed forever to eliminate the future temptation of reopening it.
