RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Reverse split now likelyBSdetector, I think you are right.  The bone headed management of this company is more concerned about growing the company than they are about shareholders.  2020 was a disaster for this company.  Bone headed management was completely unprepared for the down turn in the price of zinc.  The company survived by pure luck because bone headed management did everything they could to bankrupt the company.  Now bone headed management needs cash, so they plan to dilute the heck out of the penny stock flippers who own the stock.  Why not?  Penny stock flippers exist to be abused.  Anyone who is willing to buy a 10 cent stock with 800 million shares probably deserves to be diluted into oblivion.
