Did you notice this share sale seemed to coincide with the message board pumping of the stock? I wonder if that was prearranged? It is possible that this will get some shares in the hands of people who can promote the stock. As long as zinc stays above $1.20, this company has a pretty good story to sell.
The dilution could have been a lot worse if they were forced to sell shares when they were about to go bankrupt. I have to give them credit for waiting to sell into a rally. Q4 should show a nice profit and will hopefully minimize the need for further dilution.
