Ask yourself why management publicly states that the company is a "cash cow" and the share price will go up a lot, but doesnt invest a single buck of their private money in it and gives warrants for only 0.22 CAD for free? So we all know that shares are not only diluted once and then you go on and buy - but shares will get sold a lot by warrant holders in the next months if ever they dare to go up more than 0.22 CAD.
