No divis and no buybacks for the next years and I personally don't like investing in companies where management hasn't better ideas as what to do with the company's many than hand it back to shareholders who have to pay taxes on it. Buybacks and dividends are common - but a contradiction of what you wanna do especially by investing in a junior miner: help the company grow and either become big by intelligent M&A (e.g. Sibanye) or get bought for a nice (!) price by a peer.
