Just look at the recent numbers and you ll see that Glencore already owns around 1% more. Will get higher when they change their warrantscto options.
it's quite easy to understand that once you try to understand that when you sell new shares only to some shareholders - their % increases - you call that mathematics.
and don't try to emotionalize anything about Glencore. They do what is best for THEM. Which is legal and ok for them. But that does not mean that the best for Glencore automatically must be the best for Trevali.
and it does certainly not mean that everyone telling the public that Glencore might have voted for the warrants as part of the last share increase also to keep the price low, is bashing Glencore and therefore has it "fundamentally wrong"
