When Ricus took over, his initial task was to ensure the survival of Trevali. He did it successfully. In the next phase, his task is to bring down the costs and increase production. He has taken/is taking 3 meaningful actions tow
ards that end. - Sold loss making Santander mine which was anyway at the end of its life
- RP2.0 which will increase the Zinc payable production from Rosh Pinah mine by about 55 Mlbs/year and will bring down the AISC to about $0.67/lb
- ROL Pilot at Caribou with the objective of demonstrating the potential to recover zinc, lead, copper, gold, and silver as a precipitate or metal and additional zinc and lead from ore and tailings. If this Pilot is successful, it could become the next project for Trevali after RP2.0 with a huge potential of further reducing costs.
Zinc price is not always going to remain elevated. I am happy to see that Ricus is looking ahead and taking actions for the long-term survival of Trevali by bringing down onsite operating costs.

The only part of the post I don't agree with is the last part. I am interested in ALFs rants.
In fact they are quite valuable, I use them as measuring stick to guage my own sanity.
He is crazy and as I read his posts I feel better about my own mental state.
People like ALF should not be driven from the board to dark corners where they fester and become rotten.
He is a bit nutty ...perhaps a lot nutty....but even Christmas cake needs nuts.
I think he makes us all look better
Therefore I support ALF 100 percent in regards to what he provides this board.
