I've seen post after post here blame management, but the underlying reality is that the assets (in their current state) suck. Caribou is out of cost control again, and the "D" word (dilution) has been reported for Rosh Pinah.
The Board could be faulted for overpaying the current CEO, but you can't fault the CEO for that.
