RE:RE:THE ONLY 3 VARIABLES THAT MATTER....
Krama,...one more thing. ......I will assume from your post. You are operating under the assumption that I advocate all funding required to complete RP2 to be obtained in 1 instance.
Since I did not clearly define what my definition of funding from financial entities or Glencore entails I will do so now to avoid confusion.....excuse me for not including that definition in my earlier post.
To attempt to obtain funding for all of RP2's development now and then pay interest on that for the next 8 quarters would be Lunacy. (I do not believe that it is neccesary)
Especially since Zinc price is high and expected to stay at a level where TV would be profitable with moderate cashflows for some time to come.
My rational version of funding is what I have posted multiple time in the last 2 months. (you may check my posts,,,,I don't erase them).
I advocate an initial 35-40 million to provide a cushion in case Zinc price drops and I previously expected it would ..althou I hope it doesn't and I am quite glad it has risen recently.
This 35-40 million should come from a financial entitiy that will offer reasonable terms (not Glencore).
Trevali should then navigate the next 5 quarters as best it can using what ever internal cash flow it can produce.
If near the end of the race 5 quarters from now....it finds itself having difficulty producing an adequate amount of cash to finish RP2 ...management should then negociate with Daddy Glencore for the rest.
As I have insinuated multiple times in previous posts ....I am very well informed concerning Glencores abilty to negociate. The terms will definatly not benefit us as shareholders.
But......even so I do believe TV will have enough meat left on the bone for it's SP to worth much more than current......As I stated in the post that initiated this exchange of ideas.
Most importantly Glencore will provide Funding to get across the finsh line (however long that takes time wise)...and how ever much it costs....Because ...
Glencore wants the concentrate.
I hope this clears up any confusion that may have arisen from my failure to clearly define the variables related to my assesment of Treval's future value proposition in relation to it's current share price.
I shared in a past...roughly before christmas.....I am a retired commercial fishing captain and not an academic as such my communication ability as it pertains to grammatically expressing my opinions on these matters is sometimes lacking.
You will have to excuse me.....I do as well as I am able.
