I did a year or so ago and posted that what the CEO was making was criminal for a company that was driven into the ground (and that was before the share consolidation and wiping out of shareholdeer value).
A couple of the pumpers on this board jumped all over me for these factual statements. Also have a look at the insider reports and you will see just how "invested" management / board really are in this company.
to your points its all about themselves and the shareholders are like sheep to the management ram..to be fleeced. So much for my two cents worth..hey thats about a 7th of a share!
Glad I jumped out of this wonderful stock but cant help pointing out what a bad play this is.
