If you want to actually understand how mining companies work, realise that mineral reserves in the ground do not produce revenues until they are extracted. If Perkoa is indefinitely offline, then the quarterly earnings until (or if) it eventually comes back online will be significantly impacted. Revenues from that mine will disappear, however, fixed costs will continue to be incurred, along with variable costs that can't be forgone.
Glencore is irrelevant in this picture. They'll have absolutely no qualms with letting Trevali file for bankrupcy and be given their share of the pie in settlement proceedings.
