RE:Class action soon against Ricus Grimbeek and Glencore.Be angry for a while. It's hard not to be.
But eventually you may realize that (1) there is no requirement that TV hedge, nor would it have been practical at recent zinc prices because it's unlikely anyone would take the other end, (2) senior management of TV has no "fiduciary duty" whatsoever to shareholders, (3) there is no forthcoming evidence of collusion for the purpose of destroying TV, chiefly because Glencore does better if TV succeeds, and (4) you stand to recover no money whatsoever from suing an insolvent corporation.
You'd do better to go over all available info for the past few years to see what warning signs you may have overlooked.

There will be a massive amount of evidence to support this claim that Glencore knowingly worked with Ricus to destroy this company and it has nothing to do with the flooding.
There will be mountains of evidence.
We stand to make ALOT of money with this class action.
Stay tuned.
Check out level 2, this is going to 5 cents if it even trades again (which it probably won')
Ricus will be behind bars after everything is said and done. Mark my words.
