Someone at TD as been the buyer lately pushing the stock to a more than 2 years high.
The volume is still light (As usual) but there is absolutly no resistance.
With zero debt,trading at a 60% discount to book.
Hardly any intangible assets(a big chunk as been written off over the past 5 years)
Trading at a trailing twelve month p/e of 3.8.
For the few readers of this board, you get my points.
This stock that should not be on the TSX because of it's minimal float, should have been
privatized many years ago.
The average number of share being traded on a monthly (2020) bases is 175,000
We are hostage of QMI.
I highly respect the opinion and work of Modulex on this board but i don't think any shareholder or group of, will ever take QMI in court.
If it had to happen i would have been done already.
Our hope are two folds.
1- PKP(QMI) make us an offers
2- TVA continues posting better and better results and TVA goes up to a less Mickey Mousse
valuation.
No i haven't been smoking pot or drinking but maybe i am having a dream.
Let's see what PKP has to say to us on the 11th.
