Who is buying here?

I couldn't resist picking up a few shares today. I believe the risk here is very low at these prices. The market cap is just above 2 times working capital with a free cash flow yield of over $30m and a market cap of ~ $108m. Tangible book value is around $300m and a working capital balance of about $50m. 


What a great company to own here.
