Subject: Posting August 16, 2022 - MY TAKE ON GVC
The posting below refers to 2 companies that minority shareholders remain gutless year after year by wishfully thinking its share price will be someday rewarded.

Hello Bigbird11,

GVC will likely not be bought as high as $0.85 in a takeover or privatization offer. Your expected timeframe of 5 years is way too long. Once the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) case will be over, unfortunately not in favour of GVC, in my opinion, serious concerns about the company remaining public will happen. As for your reference to TVA Group, this company is cooked since 2015 in regard to its minority shareholders, when parent-company Quebecor bought a chunk of shares at $5.66 increasing its ownership from 35% to 65%. Unfortunately, alike for GVC shareholders, TVA will never be privatized at an attractive price. Minorities shareholders are wasting their time in holding such a stock, year after year. As a small Toronto capital firm warned me in 2015, if you dont exercize pressure, your'e done with this company. I hope you are not caught up in TVA.
