Many stocks are sitting at levels where continued strong resource prices in the $70 WTI range could see them double. But for some reason TVE is sitting at a multiple that would see it more than triple to reach the same relative valuation. Then there is optionality for a strong oil run above $80 which would see an even much higher price than that triple.
The undervaluation is remarkable considering their great assets, strong balance sheet, and that they are sitting on the best play in North America for production growth.
There is a lot to like here.
