RE:TVE vs BTEGood point. From a barrels per day point of view, I guess the gap should narrow.

Besides, although Baytex has the best flowing and most economic wells in the clearwater, their  CEO has recently stated that Marten Hills will have more ultimate recovery per section (thicker net pay).

The only fly in the ointment is their debt levels are headed in opposite directions as of today. For TVE's sake, hoping for decent oil prices until debt is paid down. FWIW I own some of both.

Not endorsing one over the other, I hold both.  Just looking for opinions on similar companies.  My opinion, after the acquisition I think that gap should narrow by quite a bit.
