Clearwater Infrastructure Limited Partnership

Clearwater Infrastructure Limited PartnershipAn asset sale of a different kind...  The good news is that this will reduce the dept by about another $100 Million and take us down to below a Billion in dept.  Not far at all from the $900 million mark where 50% of free cash flow is returned.  But since nothing is free, this must add operataing costs in the way of payments to the CIP.  I'm not sure what that will mean to free cash flow going forward.
Any thoughts on this transaction?  It seems overall to be a positive but not sure what the market will think!
